💳 OPEN PLAY PAYMENT & SLOT POLICY

To keep our Open Play sessions organized and ensure that every player has a secured slot, payment must be completed before your reservation can be approved on Reclub.

Once your payment has been confirmed, your slot will be officially secured. This policy helps us prevent last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and confusion regarding the official player list.

Walk-ins will only be accepted if there are still available slots on the actual date and time of the Open Play. If all slots are already filled on Reclub, walk-ins will not be accommodated.

For walk-in players, cash payment will be accepted at the venue.

📌 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

🌧️ WEATHER POLICY

In case of unfavorable weather conditions that may affect the safety and playability of the courts, Jude Picklebay may reschedule the event.

Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible, and their registration will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
