OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

Welcome to our Open Play! Our goal is to provide a fun, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Registration

* Register only if you are sure you can attend.
* Payment must be completed before the deadline to secure your slot.
* Unpaid slots may be given to waitlisted players.

2. Arrival

* Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
* Late arrivals may lose their spot in the rotation.

3. Court Rotation

* Players will follow the assigned rotation or schedule prepared by the organizers.
* Please be ready when your match is called.
* Do not skip your turn unless approved by the organizer.

4. Sportsmanship

* Respect your opponents, partners, organizers, and spectators.
* No arguing over line calls or scores.
* Celebrate with humility and accept losses graciously.

5. Safety

* Wear proper athletic shoes and comfortable sports attire.
* Bring your own water and towel.
* Stop playing immediately if you feel unwell or injured.

6. Equipment

* Bring your own paddle.
* Club balls are for game use only and should be returned after play.


7. Match Format

* Match format will depend on the number of participants.
* We will be using pickleQ as our official match maker
* There would be a race to 11 points only with no slide

8. Fair Play

* Play every point honestly and fairly.

9. Respect the Venue

* Dispose of trash properly.
* Help keep the courts clean.
* Follow all venue rules.

10. Have Fun!

* Open Play is about learning, improving, making friends, and enjoying pickleball.
* Encourage new players and help create a welcoming community.
