SUNDAY OPEN PLAY

THE FIT CLUB COURTS – OPEN PLAY POLICY

Hello, players!

To avoid wasted slots due to unconfirmed reservations and no-shows, please be reminded of our updated rules:

Payment Priority: Paid players, especially those who book through our website, will be prioritized.

Confirmation Required: We will only accept your reservation once you have confirmed your participation. Unconfirmed slots may be given to other players.

Non-Refundable Payments: Once payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable. Please make sure your schedule is final before completing your payment.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so before 5:30 PM. Cancellation requests made after this time will no longer be accommodated.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: Players who cancel at the last minute or fail to show up after confirming must still pay the Open Play fee.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, players! See you on the courts!
