🏓 Round 2 of Paddle It Forward: Open Play for a Cause!

Missed Saturday's Open Play? Or can't get enough pickleball? Join us again this Sunday, July 26 as we continue to rally for a cause. Every game you play helps raise funds for the rehabilitation and renovation of the NPC Covered Court.

👕 Wrong Outfit Contest
Make it extra fun by wearing anything except your usual pickleball outfit! Come in your funniest, most creative, or most unexpected attire (just make sure it's safe and comfortable enough to play in). The best "wrong outfit" wins a prize!

🎾 Open Play Information
Open to: Beginner/Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced players
⚠️ New to Pickleball? We highly recommend taking beginner lessons first before joining Open Play for a better introduction to the game.
Fee: ₱200 per player | 3 courts

📝 How to Join (via RECLUB)
1️⃣ Request to join the group and reserve your slot once registration opens
2️⃣ Send payment via GCash: +639172596329 (N****R J* M.)
📌 No payment, no confirmation of slot. We will prioritize players who paid after requesting to join OP.
📌 Each payment must match the number of slots you’ve officially reserved in Reclub. Paying for more slots than you actually reserved is strictly not allowed. For example, if you reserved 1 slot but paid for 2, only 1 slot will be confirmed and the extra payment will not be counted toward an additional reservation. This is to ensure proper tracking, fair slot allocation, and accurate attendance records.
3️⃣ Upload your proof of payment in the Payment Tab for admin verification.
4️⃣ Once verified, your slot will be officially confirmed. If the session is already full, you will be placed on the waitlist and be notified if a slot becomes available.

⚠️ Important Policies
✅ First come, first served
🚫 No walk-ins will be accommodated unless announced via Reclub. All participants are required to register in advance through the platform to secure their slot.
🚫 Strictly No Pay, No Confirmation, No Play
Slots will only be secured once payment is received. Unpaid requests will not be accepted.

❌ Cancellation & Refunds
• All payments are non-refundable.
• If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform the admins on Reclub once the transfer is arranged so we can update the slot accordingly.
• Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before the session.
• Cancellations do not qualify for a refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the slot.
• If a session is canceled by the organizer due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be credited to a future Open Play date.

🦺 Safety Reminder
• Proper court footwear is required (tennis or badminton shoes recommended) to help prevent injuries.
