🎾 REGISTRATION & SLOT CONFIRMATION

• Submit your joining request through Reclub. Players will initially be approved automatically.
• To secure your slot, please complete your payment using the details in the Reclub Payment Tab.
• Upload your proof of payment through the same tab for verification.

📌 PLEASE TAKE NOTE

• Slots are secured upon payment verification.
• Unpaid players may be moved to the waitlist when the session is nearly full.
• Waitlisted players may still submit payment, but their participation is subject to slot availability and organizer confirmation.
• Please check your Reclub status to make sure your slot is confirmed before attending.

🏓 GAMEPLAY & ROTATION

• Games are played to 11 points. First team to reach 11 wins.
• Win or lose, all players will stack and rotate after each game.
• No fixed partners. Players will mix and match with different partners throughout the session. If you prefer to play with a specific partner, you may wait until both of you are available in the rotation. Please inform the organizer beforehand.
• Please call out the score clearly before every serve.
• Follow the rotation system and be mindful of players waiting for their turn.
• Let’s keep the games fun, fair, and friendly for everyone!

• All skill levels are welcome. Let’s keep the games fun, friendly, and competitive in a healthy way.
• Practice good sportsmanship. Respect your fellow players, opponents, and organizers.
• Be mindful of court time and help keep the rotation moving.
• Encourage one another and help create a welcoming community for everyone!

💸 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required to secure your slot.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player, subject to organizer approval.
• Please inform the organizer in advance and provide the replacement player’s details.
• No-shows will forfeit their payment.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING
✔️ Your own paddle
✔️ Proper court shoes
✔️ Water bottle and towel
✔️ Lots of energy and a positive attitude!

🏟️ VENUE REMINDERS

• Restrooms and shower facilities are available.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• The venue has an on-site café where you can purchase food and drinks.
