📋 WAITLIST PROCESS

1. Request to Join
If all slots are already filled, you may request to join the waitlist.
2. Wait for an Open Slot
Once a slot becomes available, the next player on the waitlist will be notified.
3. Confirm Your Reservation
Once notified, pay the registration fee via GCash and upload your proof of payment in the chatbox.
4. Reservation Confirmed ✅
Your slot will be officially confirmed once your payment has been verified.

⚠️ Note: Slots are given to the next waitlisted player who completes the payment and submits proof of payment.

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before the Open Play: Players who need to cancel are encouraged to inform the organizer as early as possible. (24 hours before the date of event)
• No Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable once the slot has been confirmed.
• Slot Transfer: If a player can no longer attend, their slot may be transferred to another player from the waitlist, subject to the organizer’s approval.
• No-Show: Players who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their slot and registration fee.
• Organizer Cancellation: In case the Open Play is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, the registration fee may be refunded or transferred to the rescheduled date.
