🎾 THE DINKING PROTOCOL

⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
🎯 Games are race to 11 points.
⚡ Sudden death applies at 10–10.
🔥 Warm-up is allowed before the first game only to keep rotations smooth and maximize playing time.
✊✋✌️ No play for serve — Bato-Bato-Pik decides who serves/chooses side.
🔄 Player rotation will be managed through PickleQ.
🚫 Once you’re out of the game, you’re out for that rotation. We won’t allow another player to continue or play in your place. This keeps the rotation fair and gives everyone an equal chance to play.

📑 THE EXIT CLAUSE

❌ ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
🔄 SLOTS ARE TRANSFERABLE.
👤 If you can no longer attend, you are responsible for finding someone to take/salo your slot.
📩 Once transferred, please inform the admins so we can update our records.
⚠️ Repeated no-shows/unpaid reservations may affect future booking privileges.
