Payment Policy
Request > waitlisted> payment> confirmed
* Non-Club Members: Please make payment only after you have been moved from the Requested list to the Waitlist.
* Upload your payment receipt after payment to help us process your confirmation faster.

Note:
A payment cut-off time will be announced for each session. Players who joined first will have priority as long as they pay before the deadline. Unpaid confirmed players after the cut-off will be moved to the waitlist, and available slots will be given on a first paid, first confirmed basis.

**PLEASE DO NOT PAY IF THE ORGANIZERS HAVE ANNOUNCED THAT THE SESSION IS FULL.**

Refund & Slot Policy

* Once confirmed, slots are refundable up to 6 hours before the scheduled OP game on the same day. This allows us sufficient time to find a replacement. No refunds will be issued within 6 hours of the scheduled game.
* Players may arrange to sell or transfer their own slots if they are unable to attend.
* Refunds or credits will only be provided if the session is cancelled by the organizers.

Waiver:
By joining this Open Play, you acknowledge and agree that participation is at your own risk. Any injuries, accidents, or liabilities incurred during the session are not the responsibility of the facility, organizers, or hosts.
