• Wait until your status is WAITLISTED before paying

• Upload payment receipt with player's name/s
• Once verified, you’ll be moved to CONFIRMED

📌 REMINDERS
• Pay before play
• First to complete payment, first priority
• DO NOT PAY if slots are already FULL

📌 CANCELLATION
- Can't attend? Message us early.
- No selling or transferring slots to other players. Admins will fill vacant slots.
- Last-minute cancellations = forfeited payment + no-show tag.
