1. First Paid, First Confirmed — Slots are secured upon payment. Priority will be given to players who have completed their payment.

2. Onsite Payment Commitment — Players who opt for onsite payment are expected to honor their reservation and settle the corresponding fee.

3. No-Show Policy — Players who confirm their attendance but fail to show up are still required to pay the full Open Play fee.

4. Arrive on Time — Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time for preparation and check-in.

5. Observe Court Rotation — Please follow the assigned rotation system and ensure fair playing opportunities for everyone.

6. Practice Court Courtesy — Avoid occupying the court beyond your designated turn. Be mindful of others waiting to play.

7. Maintain Good Sportsmanship — Show respect to all players, regardless of skill level. Keep the games friendly, positive, and enjoyable.

8. Cancellation Policy — If you are unable to attend, please notify the organizer as early as possible to allow other players to take your slot.
