✅ Slot Confirmation Flow (Pay to Confirm)

1️⃣ Request to Join: You will be placed on the WAITLIST.
2️⃣ Pay & Upload: If your status is WAITLIST, pay the ₱350 fee via GCash and immediately upload your proof of payment.
3️⃣ Confirmed: Once your payment is verified by the organizer, your status changes to CONFIRMED, and your spot is guaranteed.

🛑 Important Note: Do not send payment if your status is still showing as "REQUESTED" or "ON HOLD" or slots are full.

⏰ No Payment Deadline - First to pay gets the slots.
