Please wear proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes.

⚠️Pickleball is a physical sport, and injuries can happen. Play at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, so please play safely and responsibly.

Top 3 will be based on the final PickleQ leaderboard for the session.

PRIZE TERMS:
• Rewards must be used within 2 weeks from the date they are awarded.
• Rewards may be used for an upcoming Open Play within the validity period.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Rewards cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, or special offer.
• Only one reward or discount may be applied per registration.
• Unused rewards will expire after the 2-week validity period.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of play for check-in and match set up.

📌REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

• PAY FIRST TO SECURE YOUR SLOT
• Players added to the WAITLIST must settle payment immediately to secure their slot.
• Once payment has been sent, please upload your proof of payment in the event chat for verification.
• Upon verification of payment, players will be moved from the WAITLIST to the PARTICIPANTS list.
• Only paid players will be added to the
PARTICIPANTS list.
• Slots are confirmed on a FIRST PAID, FIRST CONFIRMED basis.
• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but
TRANSFERABLE to another player.
Payments cannot be transferred or credited to a future open play.
• Slot transfers must be coordinated with the organizers.
• Unpaid slots may be released to other waitlisted players.
• STRICTLY NO WALK-INS.
