Welcome to the club! 🎉 Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, let's keep every game fun, competitive, and enjoyable for everyone.

💸 1. PAY FIRST, PLAY LATER!

✅ PAYMENT FIRST POLICY: Players must settle their game fees BEFORE joining or confirming their slot.
💰 NO PAYMENT = NO CONFIRMED SLOT.
📲 Slots are confirmed only upon verification of payment.
🚫 Unpaid reservations may be released to players on the waiting list.
🔄 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise announced by the organizers. (Unless cancellation is made 24 hrs before)

📅 2. BOOK RESPONSIBLY

📲 Register through Reclub to secure your slot.

⏰ Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled game.
✅ Declare your skill level upon check-in for more balance plays
❌ If you can't attend, inform the organizers as early as possible.
🚫 Avoid last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
🙋 Don't register on behalf of another player without the organizers' approval.

🤝 3. RESPECT EVERY PLAYER

❤️ Respect teammates, opponents, organizers, and court staff.
🏓 Players of all skill levels are welcome!
🚫 No bullying, trash-talking, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
💬 Give constructive advice, not unnecessary criticism.
👏 Celebrate good rallies, even when your opponents win!

⚖️ 4. PLAY FAIR & FOLLOW THE RULES

📖 Follow standard pickleball rules and the event's agreed format. (SUDDEN DEATH TO 11, NO DEUCE)
🙋 Call faults and line calls honestly, especially on your side of the court.
🤝 Respect your opponents' calls. Resolve disagreements calmly.
🚫 No intentional distractions, cheating, or aggressive behavior.
🏆 Win with humility, lose with grace.

🔄 5. FAIR PLAY & COURT ROTATION

🔁 Follow the rotation and match schedule set by the organizers.
⏳ Respect the allotted playing time.
🏓 Allow everyone a fair opportunity to play.
🤗 Be welcoming and supportive of beginners.

🛡️ 6. SAFETY FIRST!

👟 Wear proper court shoes and appropriate sports attire.
💧 Stay hydrated and know your physical limits.
🚨 Immediately report injuries, hazards, or unsafe court conditions.
🙏 Avoid reckless shots or actions that may endanger others.
🧹 Keep the courts and surrounding areas clean.

😎 Competitive games are welcome, but respect always comes first.
🙌 Encourage your partner instead of blaming them.
😁 Make friends, enjoy the rallies, and spread positive energy.
