REGISTRATION and GROUND RULES

📌 All registrations must be completed through Reclub.

📌 Participation is limited to 12 players each court only.

📌 Official Club Members will receive priority during registration. Any remaining slots will be made available to non-members.

📌 A slot is considered confirmed only after payment has been made and the payment receipt has been uploaded.

📌 Requests without verified payment may be released to other interested players.

📌 Walk-in registrations will not be accepted.

WAITLIST

📌 Once all slots have been filled, additional registrations will automatically be placed on the waitlist.

📌 Waitlisted players will be contacted if a confirmed participant withdraws before the event.

📌 Please wait for confirmation before sending payment if you are on the waitlist.

MEMBER PRIORITY

📌 Club members are given the first opportunity to reserve available slots.

📌 Non-members may join once priority registration for members has ended and slots remain available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

📌 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or on the event day are non-refundable.

📌 If you can no longer attend, please notify the organizers as early as possible.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

📌 Participants who do not attend without notifying the organizers may lose registration priority for future events.

📌 Repeated no-shows or frequent last-minute cancellations may result in temporary suspension or blacklisted from future club activities.

📌 Arrive 5-15 mins before the Starting the of the game.

EVENT REMINDERS

📌 If the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, unsafe court conditions, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

📌If the event is rescheduled, all players with confirmed and paid registrations will automatically receive priority for the rescheduled session.

📌 Those unable to attend the new date may request a refund.

📌Wear appropriate court shoes and sports attire.

📌Show respect to fellow players, organizers, and the venue by practicing good sportsmanship at all times.

📌Event schedules, pairings, and game formats may be adjusted by the organizers when necessary to ensure a smooth and enjoyable playing experience.
