GETTING CONFIRMED ON THIS BALL MACHINE EVENT ENTITLES YOU TO JOIN OUR OPEN PLAY ON THE SAME DATE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL FEE

DO NOT pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list.

GET CONFIRMED FAST: If you are 100% sure that you will come and are ready to process your payment, kindly coordinate with organizers. We will add you immediately on the confirmed list while we are waiting for your receipt to be uploaded.

RATING REQUIREMENT: There is no rating requirement.

EVENT CANCELLATION: Minimum of 5 players. Organizers might choose to cancel the event due to weather or any unforeseen event. Announcements will be made accordingly before the event schedule.

REFUND POLICY: In case of event cancellation or failure to attend the event due to other reasons, you may use it on another ball machine or open play schedule.


***Ball Machine Rules

DRILL SETUP
- One round contains approximately 50 balls (2-3 minutes)
- You may approach the organizer if you have a desired ball throw setup
- While player 1 is drilling, player 2 & 3 will pick the balls. While player 2 is drilling, player 3 & 4 will pick the balls. While player 7 is drilling, player 8 & 1 will pick the balls


***WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the use of the facilities, equipment, and services of Idesia Pickleball Club (FACILITY), I agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in pickleball and other recreational activities at the Facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, heat stroke and potential exposure to communicable diseases, I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Idesia Pickleball Club, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities for any injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property that may arise from or in connection with my use of the Facility or participation in any Facility-related activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Idesia Pickleball Club and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my participation in any activity at the Facility.

MEDICAL TREATMENT:
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable by the Facility staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE:
I grant permission for the Facility to use photographs or video taken of me for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

RULES AND CONDUCT
I agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations of the Facility and to follow the instructions of Facility staff at all times.
