🏓 GAME PLAY & SCORING
1️⃣ Open play uses a paddle queue/rotation system to ensure fair court access.
2️⃣ Games are played to 11 points, win by 2, unless otherwise announced.
3️⃣ Standard pickleball rules apply.
Players must rotate off the court promptly after each game.

🏓 Registration & Cancellation

1️⃣ Participants must provide accurate registration information.
2️⃣ Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session may receive a refund or credit, subject to organizer policy.
3️⃣ No-shows and late cancellations are generally not refundable.
4️⃣ Organizers may cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

🏓 Code of Conduct

1️⃣ Be respectful, inclusive, and courteous.
2️⃣ Follow organizer and facility rules.
3️⃣ Harassment, abusive behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in removal.

🏓 Liability Waiver

1️⃣The organizer, venue, staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
2️⃣ Participants are responsible for their own medical and insurance needs.

🏓 Privacy & Media Policy

1️⃣ Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration and communication purposes only.
2️⃣ Photos and videos may be taken during sessions and used for promotional purposes.
3️⃣ Participants who do not wish to appear in media content must notify the organizer before play begins.
