• Sudden Death – First team to reach 11 points wins. No win-by-two requirement.
• Bato-Bato-Pick will determine which team serves first.

👨‍⚖️ UMPIRE & LINE CALLS

• One (1) umpire will be assigned to each court.
• The umpire will oversee the game and make line-call decisions.
• The umpire’s final line decision is FINAL and must be respected by all players.
• Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship throughout the games.

✅ PAYMENT FIRST BASIS – Slots are secured only upon payment. Limited to 33 participants!

✅ NO FIXED PAIRING – Partners and opponents will be determined through the queueing system.

✅ NO CHANGING OF QUEUEING SYSTEM – The queueing link will be shared LIVE with all participants for full transparency. No manual adjustments or special requests.

⏰ ARRIVAL REMINDER

Please arrive 10–15 MINUTES EARLY (4:45–4:50 PM) to complete check-in and preparations. Games will start promptly at 5:00 PM to maximize our court time.

⚠️ MINIMUM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 30 paid participants must be reached by November 5, 2026 for the Tesla Aurum Grand Prize event to proceed as planned.

If the minimum number is not met, the event will automatically be converted into a Regular Open Play with minor prizes instead of the Tesla Aurum Paddle.

💰 PARTIAL REFUND: Participants will be refunded the difference between the ₱1,300 registration fee and the adjusted Regular Open Play fee, which will cover court expenses only.

The event will still proceed on November 8, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the same venue.

By registering and completing payment, participants acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
