⚠️ SAFETY REMINDER:
Please play responsibly and within your own limits. Warm up before playing, stay hydrated, and be mindful of other players on the court. Pickleball involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By joining our Open Play, you acknowledge these risks and understand that the organizers are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY:
Slots are non-refundable within 8 hours of the event. However, your slot may be transferred to another player if you’re unable to attend. Please notify the organizers of any transfer in advance.

🏓 ROTATION & GAME FORMAT:
• We use Selkirk balls for all games.
• Rotation will be managed through PickleHub / PickleQ to keep games organized and fair.
• First 1.5 hours: We will follow an exact Star Match rotation, matching players with others of the same skill level as much as possible. ⭐
• Slide 2 is allowed only during the first 1.5 hours.
• Linking / pairing is allowed only during the first hour.
• Remaining 1.5 hours: We will aim for a fair and faster rotation, which may include Balanced or Social play depending on the players and queue.
• No Slide 2 or Sudden Death during the remaining 1.5 hours to help speed up rotation and give everyone more playing time.
• We try our best not to manually touch or alter the queue, and requests will be accommodated minimally to none to maintain a fair rotation for everyone.

📌 QUEUE DISCLAIMER:
During the first hour, there may be fewer checked-in players while others are still arriving. Because of this, some players who are already present may end up playing consecutively. As more players check in, the queue will naturally adjust, and those who played multiple consecutive games earlier may experience some idle/waiting time later.

This is part of keeping the rotation fair for everyone throughout the session, so we appreciate everyone’s understanding. 🏓💙

Play safe, play fair, have fun, and look out for one another!
