Women’s Pickup

Building Rules:
Kids must remain in sight of parents at all times. Children are welcome to play on the stage, its adjoining classrooms and the chapel overflow area; but they cannot roam the halls, classrooms, chapel, kitchen, storage closets, etc.

Club Rules:
1. SUPERVISE YOUR KIDS. Preschoolers are not suitable baby sitters for babies and toddlers. Children must remain in sight at all times. No roaming the halls, classrooms, kitchen, nursery, etc. Clean up after your kids.

Ensure players’ safety is not endangered by kids running onto the court or throwing obstacles onto the court during play. If your children are too young to understand safety boundaries, DO NOT BRING THEM. Two parents are welcome to share a spot to keep preschool-aged children properly supervised.

2. BE NICE. We play as competitively as we’re capable. Play hard. Be patient with those less experienced than you. Don’t be the reason it’s not fun.

3. BE CONSIDERATE. I have reliably opened the building on time every time. I prefer to play with women who value that and are considerate of my time in return. Show up on time. Leave when we’re done. I set up at 9 am. Please be ready to play by 9:15 AM.

We’re done at 11:45 AM. Please leave when we’re finished. During the school year, I have a tight pickup/drop off schedule and unfortunately cannot linger afterwards.

If you know you’re going to be very late, please notify the group as soon as possible so waitlisted players have an opportunity to fill in until you arrive. Players that are consistently late and frequently drop without notice will be waitlisted in favor of players that are reliable.

4. NO SOLICITATION:
This is not the proper forum to promote services, fundraisers, non-volleyball related items for sale, etc. Players that join the group for the sole purpose of expanding their solicitation audience will be removed.
