Quick Rotation Competitive DUPR Games @TVP (2.7 and Up)

Welcome to Pickle District's DUPR Games sponsored by Paddler.

We've separated players based on DUPR levels to enable more balanced and competitive games.

Prerequisite for joining is you should have an activated DUPR account already, and it should be synced to reclub.

Minimum number of games per player is 6. We will try to get to 7 if possible 🤞

🚨 HOW TO JOIN & PAYMENT GUIDE (READ FIRST!) 🚨

1. Request to Join: Click “REQUEST TO JOIN” on Reclub.

2. Only make the payment once you are on the Waitlist. Please refrain from paying if you are only tagged as "Requested". Premature payments will not be refunded but can be rebooked for future club activities.

3. Send Payment: Send via GCash to +639176319364 (JU***N PA****K S.) or BPI Bank Transfer to Julian Suarez, Account Number 0019447871.

⚠️ Do NOT pay if the session is already full or if you haven't been Waitlisted yet.

4. Provide Payment Receipt: Upload your payment screenshot via the Payment tab in Reclub. Please refrain from sending the receipt via chat. Priority will be given to those who have uploaded their payment receipts.

5. Get Confirmed: The host will move you from the waitlist to the confirmed list once payment is verified.

6. Cash Payments: Online payments via GCash and BPI bank transfer are our preferred modes of payment. Cash payments are accepted but you will only be considered as a walk-in player. Priority will be given to pre-paid slots.

7. Walk-ins: Welcome only if the declared player limit hasn’t been reached. Slots are strictly capped to ensure fast rotations and sufficient playing time for everyone.

8. Cancellations & Rebooking Policy
🚫 All payments are strictly non-refundable but are transferable.
❗ 24-Hour + Notice: You can rebook your slot to another OP schedule.
🙅 Under 24 Hours Notice: No rebooking allowed anymore. Slot can be transferred if the participant finds a taker.
💵 Accidental Payments: If you pay while the session is full, it will be credited to you as a re-bookable slot.
🗓️ Note: All rebooked credits must be used within 30 days or they will be forfeited

▶️ Guidelines & Gameplay
👉 Queuing: Done digitally via our partner platform, paddler.gg.
👉 Scoring: Games are played to 11 points. Sudden death rule applies for 10-10 score!

👉 Time Limit: Games are capped at 17 minutes (including warm-ups). If the game hasn't been decided yet, whoever leads at the 17th minute wins the game.

👟 Wear proper court footwear and comfortable sportswear.
🗑️ Strictly CLAYGO (Clean As You Go).
🤝 Play with respect and follow organizer instructions. Uncooperative players may be blacklisted from future events.

⚠️ Waiver & Release of Liability
By clicking "Request to join", you agree that pickleball involves physical risks and that you participate voluntarily, releasing organizers, hosts, and the venue from liability for injuries or damages. You also agree that photos/videos taken during the session may be used for social media/promotional purposes unless you notify the organizers in writing beforehand.
