THE ARC STA MESA DRILLS WITH OPEN PLAY

OFFICIAL SESSION PROTOCOLS

I. RENTAL & PRICING STRUCTURE

Standard Rates:
3 Hours or more: ₱500 per hour
2 Hours: ₱600 per hour
1 Hour: ₱750 per hour

Capacity: Rates are inclusive of a maximum of ten (10) players per court.

Additional Occupancy: An additional charge of ₱100 per head shall apply once the 10-player limit is exceeded.

II. RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Downpayment: A 50% downpayment is required to secure and confirm the booking.

Verification: Proof of payment must be uploaded via the designated Payment Tab for official validation.

Final Confirmation: A booking is considered officially confirmed only once the session is registered under the name of the individual who made the reservation.

Cancellation Notice: Any intent to cancel must be communicated at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled date.

Refund Policy: All downpayments are strictly non-refundable.

III. LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in this activity, players voluntarily assume all inherent risks. The Organizers, venue management, and its affiliates are held free and harmless from any liability involving:

1 Physical injuries or medical emergencies sustained on-site.
2 Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

IV. MEDIA & PRIVACY POLICY

Consent: Participation serves as formal consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, and community documentation purposes.

Usage: Captured media will be used exclusively for social media recaps and event promotions. No sensitive personal information will be disclosed.

Opt-out: Participants who prefer not to appear in media coverage must notify the Organizer prior to the commencement of the session.
