WAIVER POLICY

By participating in the Open Play Pickleball sessions at Court Collective, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
I understand that my participation in pickleball activities is entirely voluntary and that I choose to participate at my own risk.

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, heat-related illnesses, and other injuries that may result from participation.

Medical Fitness
I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have no known medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I understand that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice if I have any concerns regarding my health.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Court Collective, its owners, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, event organizers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of my participation, except where such injury or damage is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to:
Follow all facility rules and instructions from Court Collective staff.
Use appropriate sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
Immediately stop playing and inform staff if I feel unwell or injured.
Respect fellow participants and practice good sportsmanship.

Emergency Medical Care
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Court Collective staff to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that any medical expenses incurred shall be my own responsibility.
Personal Belongings

Court Collective is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the facility.
