🏓 OPERATING HOURS & COURT RATES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

☀️ Day Rate | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 ₱400 per court, per hour

🌙 Evening Rate | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
💰 ₱500 per court, per hour

👥 Rates include up to 6 players per court.
➕ Additional players: ₱100 per player, per hour.
🔟 Maximum capacity: 10 players per court.

📋 COURT RULES & FACILITY POLICIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

To ensure everyone enjoys a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free playing experience, please read and follow our guidelines.

1. 👕 DRESS CODE
All players must wear appropriate athletic attire suitable for pickleball.

• Men: Athletic polo shirts, sports shirts, or sleeveless athletic jerseys; athletic shorts or sports pants.
• Women: Athletic polo shirts, sports shirts, or sleeveless athletic tops; athletic skirts, skorts, shorts, leggings, or sports pants.

2. 👟 COURT SHOES ONLY
Non-marking court shoes with proper grip and support are required. Slippers, sandals, heels, barefoot play, and hard-soled shoes are not permitted.

3. ⏰ BE ON TIME
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in shortened playing time.

4. 🏓 RESPECT YOUR COURT TIME
Your session begins and ends according to your reserved schedule. Please vacate the court promptly at the end of your session to accommodate the next players.

5. 🌦️ WEATHER POLICY
Courts are available during all operating hours, subject to safe playing conditions. Rescheduling due to bad weather or unsafe court conditions is permitted only at Management's discretion.

6. 🤝 COURT ETIQUETTE
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Abusive language, unsportsmanlike conduct, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Please treat fellow players, guests, and staff with respect.

7. 💳 RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
• Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations and voluntary rescheduling are not permitted.
• Weather-related rescheduling is allowed only when Management determines that the courts are unsafe.

8. 🍽️ FOOD & BEVERAGES
• Food and alcoholic beverages are permitted only in designated seating and lounge areas.
• Food and alcoholic beverages must be purchased from River Palm Lounge.
• Guests may bring their own water, sports drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the court enclosures.

9. 🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the court enclosures and lounge. Please use the designated smoking areas outside the lounge premises.

10. 👨‍👩‍👧 CHILDREN'S POLICY
• Children below 8 years old are not permitted to play.
• Children aged 8–12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

11. 🧹 CLEANLINESS & SAFETY
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Keep personal belongings in the designated seating areas.
• Help us maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable facility for everyone.

📲 RECLUB REGISTRATION & PLAYING GUIDELINES

🟡 ON HOLD
All join requests will be marked ON HOLD if the registration fee has not yet been settled.

⚠️ Please do not make any payment if the OP (organizer) has already reached full capacity. Payments made after the session is full will not be refunded.

🟢 CONFIRMED
Only participants who have completed payment will be marked CONFIRMED TO PLAY.

📸 Please upload your payment receipt in the payment tab as proof of payment.

🚶 WALK-INS
Walk-ins exceeding the maximum capacity will not be accepted. This helps prevent long waiting times and ensures a smooth playing experience for everyone.
