📝 Open Play Guidelines

We are implementing the STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENT rule to reduce the number of “no show” signees and to be fair to everyone.

• Players who request to join will be added to the waitlist until payment is confirmed.
• Send payment ONLY IF THERE ARE STILL AVAILABLE SLOTS LEFT. If all slots are already taken, you will not be accounted for. 🙏🏻
• Please send your proof of payment in the payments tab.

🎮 Game Flow & Rules

• First game: Limit dinking rallies to 5 shots to help everyone warm up and get into the flow.
• Succeeding games: Keep dinking to a minimum to maintain a smooth and efficient rotation.
• Always call out the score clearly before serving.
• Fast Rotation: Once your game ends, rotate promptly to keep the games moving and minimize downtime. Be ready for your next game so everyone gets more playing time!
• Games are played to 11 points, NO DEUCE - first team to reach 11 wins!

💚 Friday Club Vibe

We're here to enjoy the game, learn from one another, and build a welcoming pickleball community.

• Respect your fellow players, regardless of skill level or match outcome.
• Give credit for great shots and good rallies, whether they're yours or your opponents.
• Keep the energy positive, be a good sport, and make every game enjoyable for everyone.
• Play hard, have fun, and make new connections!

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable for no-shows.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player.
