🏠 House Rules

1. Be on time. Warm-up starts before the official session.
2. Respect all players, organizers, and court staff.
3. Call balls fairly and honestly. If there’s uncertainty, replay the point.
4. No intentional sandbagging or manipulating the stacking system.
5. Partners and opponents are assigned through the stacking rotation.
6. Organizers have the final decision on court assignments and disputes.
7. Please wear proper non-marking court shoes.
8. Help retrieve balls and keep the courts safe and clean.
9. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.
10. Have fun and help create a welcoming environment for everyone.


👉Cancellation Policy

* Payments are non-refundable.
* If you cannot attend, you may transfer your slot to another player by informing the organizers 3 hrs before the event. No last minute cancellation.

✅ Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By joining this Open Play, you acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries.

You voluntarily participate at your own risk and certify that you’re physically fit to participate.

You release and hold harmless the organizers, TopSpin Society, venue owners, staff, volunteers, and fellow participants from any liability for injuries, illness, loss, damage, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You understand that no personal accident or medical insurance is provided by the organizers and that you are responsible for your own medical expenses if needed.

By registering and paying for this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and voluntarily accept all associated risks.
