Participation in this event is entirely at your own risk. Goldengate Pickleball Club, its officers, organizers, and volunteers shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

💳 PAYMENT POLICY
* Payment first policy. Your slot will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
* Strictly GCash only for all advance reservations. No cash payments will be accepted for reserved slots.
* Walk-ins are welcome and may pay in cash, subject to available slots at the time of the Open Play.
* Walk-in slots are not guaranteed and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis if vacancies are available.
* All payments are non-refundable within 12 hours of the scheduled start time of the Open Play. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
