• Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made within 4 hours of the event. • No-Show Policy: Players who fail to show up for their reserved slot are still required to pay the full open play fee. Players tagged as NO-SHOW will remain tagged until their outstanding fee is fully paid.
