How to Secure Your Slot

1. Send a Request to Join the session.
2. Pay Before Play – Once eligible, complete your payment and upload your receipt in the Payment tab to secure your spot.
* If your status is Waitlisted, you may proceed with payment.
* If your status is Requested, please wait for confirmation before making any payment.
* First to pay = priority on the Confirmed list.
* Unpaid reservations will be placed ON HOLD.
3. If all slots are filled, do not proceed with payment.

‼️IF PAYING FOR A +1‼️
PLEASE, indicate it on your payment receipt/notes.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

* Payments are non-refundable.
* If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another player. Please inform the admin at least 3 hours before the Open Play (OP) if you will be transferring your slot.

🚶 WALK-INS

Walk-ins are welcome subject to slot availability.
Please message the admins before 2:00 PM to confirm if slots are still available.

🎾 REMINDERS

* One (1) club ball will be provided per court.
* Please bring at least one (1) personal pickleball.
* If the club ball becomes damaged during play, players’ personal balls will be used.
