Mini Tournament for a Cause & Open Play
To ensure a safe, fair, enjoyable, and organized event, all participants are expected to observe the following rules and conditions.

Registration and Payment
Registration is open to beginner and novice pickleball players.
Registration fee is ₱250 per player.
Slots are limited to 18 players only on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is confirmed upon payment of the registration fee.
Registration fees are non-refundable, except when the organizers cancel the event.

Tournament and Open Play Rules:
1.All players must follow the official pickleball rules and the instructions of the organizers.
2.Players must demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and fair play at all times.
3.Any form of cheating, offensive language, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
4.Match assignments, court schedules, and game formats will be determined by the organizers.
5.Organizers reserve the right to make adjustments when necessary to ensure the smooth flow of the event.

Safety and Personal Responsibility
1.Participants must wear proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
2.Players are encouraged to warm up before playing.
3.Participants must inform the organizers of any injury or physical condition that may affect their participation.
4.Players participate at their own risk. The organizers and venue shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
5.Players must follow all safety instructions and avoid dangerous or reckless play.

Court and Equipment
1.Players must take care of the court, paddles, balls, and other facilities.
2.Any borrowed or rented equipment must be returned in good condition.
3.Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may require the responsible player to pay for repair or replacement.
4.Keep the playing area clean. Dispose of trash properly.

Event Schedule and Attendance
1.Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start.
2.Late arrivals may affect match assignments and playing schedules.
3.The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In case of postponement or cancellation, participants will be informed through the official communication channels.

Awards and Recognition
1.Medals and certificates will be awarded according to the tournament results and event mechanics.
2.Decisions made by the tournament committee regarding match results and awards shall be final, subject to correction of any clear scoring or recording error.

Participant's Agreement
By registering and participating in the event, each player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms and Conditions.
