HOW TO JOIN

① Send a request to join the event.
② Wait for your name to be placed on the waitlist.
③ Once waitlisted, pay the meet fee to confirm your slot.
④ Upload your payment screenshot in the Reclub chat tab.

Genderless Beginner High Tournament

📊 Level: with 2.5 - 3.5 Rating
🎮 Expected Games: 8 games per team
🏆 Results: Games will be submitted to DUPR

Players will rotate opponents throughout the session. The rotation will be arranged as evenly as possible so everyone gets the opportunity to play with and compete against different teams.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Make sure your DUPR account is connected to your Reclub profile before the session starts.

• Arrive on time and be court-ready to avoid delays.

• Check the game rotation and be ready when you are on deck.

• Only the first scheduled game will have a short warm-up. The succeeding games will start immediately to maximize court time.

• Respect all players regardless of rating or skill level.

• If you are injured, tired, or need to leave early, inform the organizer immediately so the rotation can be adjusted.

• All players are expected to complete their scheduled games unless there is a valid reason.

🤝 Good sportsmanship, honest scoring, and fair play are expected from everyone.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

□ No refunds once your slot is confirmed.

□ You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted or approved substitute player.

□ Any refund arrangement must be handled personally between the original and replacement player.

□ Inform the admin at least 6 hours before the event if you cannot attend.

□ All replacement players must be approved by the admin.

□ If no replacement is found, the payment will be added to the club fund.
