Halloween Special - Hybrid Edition 🎃

HALL🎃WEEN HYBRID EDITION
🎃Two courts will be utilized—one for Singles, one for Doubles.
🎃Players have the option to stack on the Singles court or Doubles court. The player should advise upon payment/confirmation of attendance if they would start at the Singles or Doubles court. If the Singles court is already full (max capacity of 6) by the time of confirmation, he/she will automatically be delegated to the Doubles court.
🎃Singles court will accommodate a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 6 players at a time. If the number of players go below the minimum, the court will be converted to a Doubles court.
🎃A player may choose to switch between courts at any time subject to the limits of the court mentioned above.
🎃As this is a halloween special, best-dressed participant gets a little treat from the hosts.


>FORMAT:
✅Rally scoring to 15; no deuce for Singles
✅Side-out scoring to 11; no deuce for Doubles
✅Match generation via PickleQ/Reclub-automated
✅To maintain fairness, an arbiter will be assigned per game.

>PLAYERS:
✅Strictly 16 players only; do not pay if OP is already full.

>INCLUSIONS:
✅Ball

>PAYMENT:
✅GCash: TBA

>REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
✅No refund but slot may be sold to waitlisted players.

>WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
✅ By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and healthy enough to safely participate in pickleball and other related activities, and that you are voluntarily participating at your own risk. Host/Club is not responsible for any injuries of the players joining the event.

>DATA PRIVACY
✅We will be taking photos for documentation purposes only. However, you may, at any time, ask for photos posted to be removed.
