Waitlisted → Pay → Upload receipt → Confirmed

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
• For urgent cancellations, your slot may be transferred to another player. The registration will remain under the original registrant’s name. Please inform the hosts of any changes.

• If no replacement is found, payment is forfeited and is non-refundable
