If the session is marked FULL, do not send payment. A payment sent for a full session does not guarantee a slot.

HOW TO JOIN OPEN PLAY

Ready to join an Open Play session at The Canopy Pickleyard? Follow these steps:

1. Check the Open Play Schedule

All Open Play schedules and available slots are posted on Reclub.

Choose your preferred date and time, check that slots are still available, and submit your request to join.

2. Pay and Upload Your Receipt

If slots are available, complete the required Open Play payment and upload your receipt or proof of payment directly through Reclub.

Please make sure that:

• Your payment is for the correct session, date, and time.
• The payment amount is correct.
• Your receipt clearly shows the transaction details.
• Your receipt is uploaded through Reclub.

Only receipts uploaded through Reclub will be prioritized for verification.

Receipts sent through private messages, DMs, or other chat channels will not secure your slot. You must upload the receipt through Reclub for proper verification.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT IF THE SESSION IS ALREADY FULL.

3. Wait for Payment Verification

Our Admin will review your request, verify your payment, and check the session availability.

Your slot is secured only when:

• Your payment has been verified; and
• Your Reclub status shows Confirmed or Accepted.

A request or uploaded payment receipt does not automatically guarantee a slot.

4. Pay the Club Pass at Reception

The ₱100 Canopy Club Pass per person is separate from the Open Play fee.

It must be paid at the reception upon arrival at The Canopy Pickleyard.

5. Check In and Play

Once your Reclub status shows Confirmed, your Open Play slot is officially secured.

Please arrive a few minutes before the session and check in with our reception team.

OPEN PLAY POLICIES

CHECK AVAILABILITY BEFORE PAYING

Always check Reclub before sending payment.

Do not send payment if the session is already marked FULL.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations, change of plans, illness, work conflicts, transportation problems, late arrivals, or no-shows.

Refunds will only be considered when the cancellation or booking issue was caused by The Canopy Pickleyard and approved by management.

SLOT TRANSFERS ARE ALLOWED

If you cannot attend, you may find another player to take or purchase your slot.

The following rules apply:

• You are responsible for finding your replacement.
• Canopy will not find, advertise, or arrange a replacement on your behalf.
• You must notify Canopy before the session.
• You must provide the replacement player’s full name and Reclub account.
• The transfer is valid only after Canopy confirms and records the change.
• Payments between the original and replacement players must be settled privately.
• An unreported or unapproved replacement may be denied entry.
• Transferring your slot does not make the original booking eligible for a refund.

LIMITED SLOTS

Open Play sessions have limited capacity and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submitting a request or payment does not guarantee a slot. Only players with verified payments and a Confirmed or Accepted Reclub status are officially included in the session.
