Format & Rules
• Approximately 3 matches per player
• Race to 4 points, no tie break
• Sudden death on 1st deuce

New Ball - 300
Ball Boy - 200
*plus 200/pax for non-member

After being waitlisted, first-pay-first-accommodated basis.

To keep the process fair, payment will only be requested once a player has been waitlisted (slot holding time is 12 hours). Confirmation is based on completed payment.

Do not pay if not in the waitlist.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy
• Can’t make it? No problem. You’re welcome to find a replacement player for your slot. Just let the organizer know in advance so we can update the lineup.

Payment is non-refundable but transferrable except in cases of rain, unsafe court conditions, or venue cancellation.

Player Level
Class C (mid to upper) - Can rally consistently, and can serve. The session is designed to be social and welcoming while maintaining a good pace of play and competitive rallies.

Parking
On-site parking is available at the venue on a first-come-first-served basis.
Park at your own risk.


Participant Waiver:

By joining and participating voluntarily, the participant acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to personal property.

The participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for such risks and agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizer, sponsors, officials, volunteers, and venue owners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to the participant's involvement in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Organizer's Right to Cancel or Modify Event:

The event organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, reschedule, suspend, or modify the event, in whole or in part, at any time due to weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participation, force majeure, or any other circumstances deemed necessary. The participant agrees that the organizer shall not be held liable for any costs, losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from such cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, suspension, or modification of the event.
