📅 Saturday, August 22 | 6:00–10:00 PM

👥 Target: 16 players
🎾 Aim: 3 games each
• Race to 8 games
• 2nd Deuce = Sudden Death
• First listed, first to play — sequential queue

PLAYER LEVEL
Minimum Upper Beginner encouraged — should have a decent serve and be able to sustain a basic rally so everyone can enjoy the games.

💰 100% SHARED COST
• Game fee + ball boy
• New balls, if agreed by the group

If there are cancellations/no-shows, the remaining players will simply split the excess actual cost; to be paid onsite on the day of play.

💳 PAYMENT
• Once waitlisted, send payment using the QR code attached in this chat
• Payment confirms your slot & non-refundable
• If you can no longer attend, please find a replacement; otherwise, payment will be forfeited

🌧️ WEATHER POLICY
If rain makes the court unplayable, play will be stopped/cancelled. Only actual expenses incurred, if any, will be shared. Any excess collection will be refunded or credited.

Simply to help keep the court active, support the ball boy/court taker, and contribute to maintaining a clean and playable court for everyone.

No business intent. No coach or club bias. Just a healthy space to play tennis. 🎾
