Pickleball Social Night

Hello everyone! 🏓

Since our pickleball community is growing, I’d like to introduce a few new rules to help keep our games organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. These will also help me manage the courts, players, and bookings more smoothly.

1. Confirm your attendance through Reclub
If you’re joining a game, please make sure to register through Reclub at least 6 hours before the game starts. This gives me enough time to finalize the number of players and organize everyone properly for each court.

If you are not confirmed on Reclub within the 6-hour cut-off, unfortunately, you won’t be able to join the session.

2. Everyone must take turns
Whether you arrive early or late, everyone must follow the rotation and wait for their turn to play. This is to be fair to those who arrived earlier and have already been waiting.

For each court, I will assign someone to help organize the matches and make sure everyone gets a fair chance to play.

3. Advance payment upon confirmation
Starting today, once you confirm your participation on Reclub, please settle your game fee at least 6 hours before the session. This will help secure your spot and allow me to use the collected payments for advance court bookings for our future games.

I hope these rules aren’t too much to ask. 🙏 They’re simply there to make our growing community more organized and to make sure everyone is treated fairly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Let’s continue to enjoy our games, play fair, and have fun together! 🏓😊
