✅ You can contact the players in the waitlisted to take your slot. Please inform the admins right after to confirm the waitlisted player.

⏰ ARRIVAL

🥒Upon arrival, approach the OP host to have your name on the list to start playing.

🥒You are not allowed to start games of your own, wait for the host to call names.

🥒Late arrivals are accepted at your own risk. Missed games or playing time due to late arrival will not be compensated, and the full session fee still applies.

❌Stacking (4-Player Reservation) - Reserving or "stacking" four players together for the next game is not allowed.

❌Skill-Based Monopolising - Repeatedly requesting the strongest players to form "super teams" is not allowed. The goal is to mix players of different skill levels and keep games fun and inclusive for everyone.

❌Lock-in Teammates - Fixed partnerships throughout the entire meet are not allowed. Players are expected to rotate and play with different partners throughout the meet.

❌Queue Jumping - Do not skip the rotation or hold a court while waiting for specific players.

✨This meet is open to players of all skill levels whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player.

✨Be prepared to play with any partner or against any opponent assigned through the rotation system.

✨Every game is an opportunity to learn, improve, and enjoy the sport together.

✨Players are expected to treat teammates and opponents with patience, encouragement, and respect, regardless of skill level.

✨Having a less experienced partner is not a valid reason to refuse a pairing, request a change, or show poor sportsmanship.
