⏰ HOW TO JOIN

1. Tap “Request to Join” on the Open Play event.

2. Once approved, please settle your payment to secure your slot.

3. Once the session reaches full capacity, additional players will automatically be placed on the waitlist.

4. Waitlisted players should send payment only after the organizers confirm that a slot has become available.

5. Cash payments are accepted for returning players. Please message the organizers in advance so we can record your payment arrangement. Kindly prepare the exact amount whenever possible.

Joining Dink O’Clock for the first time? We’re excited to welcome you to our community! However, all first-time players are required to send their payment in advance to secure their slot.

🚨 NO CASH PAYMENTS FOR FIRST-TIME PLAYERS. ADVANCE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.

This policy helps us manage attendance, confirm slots, and give everyone a fair chance to play. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

📌 SLOT CONFIRMATION: Your slot is confirmed once payment has been received, or your cash payment arrangement has been acknowledged by the organizers if you are an eligible returning player.

Let’s keep every Sunday fun, fair, and organized! Please follow these guidelines:

🎮 Player games and rotations will be managed through PickleQ for smooth and fair rotation.

✅ Check in with the organizers upon arrival.

✅ Wait for your name to be called before entering the court.

✅ Respect the queue and avoid saving spots for others.

✅ Give everyone a fair opportunity to play.

✅ Respect fellow players, organizers, and the venue.

✅ Encourage one another and practice good sportsmanship.

We’re building a community where newcomers, beginners, and intermediate players can feel welcome, improve their skills, and enjoy the game together.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, so please inform the organizers as early as possible.

• Cancellations at least 1 day before Open Play: Payment may be refunded or transferred to another session, subject to organizer confirmation.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of Open Play: You may transfer (pasalo) your slot to another player. Please inform the organizers of the replacement so we can update the roster.

• Cancellations within 24 hours without a replacement: No refund will be given if you are unable to find someone to take your slot.

📌 Please make sure you’re committed before securing your slot. This helps us keep every session organized and gives waitlisted players a fair chance to join.
