IMPORTANT REMINDERS

To keep our open play fair, organized, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to read and follow our guidelines below. 💛

1. Payment
Please settle the required open play fee before playing. Thank you for helping us keep everything smooth and hassle-free!

2. Cancellations
Plans change, and we understand! If you can no longer make it, please cancel your Reclub reservation at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Once the cancellation window closes, your reserved slot remains subject to payment, even if you are unable to attend.

3. Confirmed Reservations Only
Only players with confirmed Reclub reservations may participate. Walk-ins, unauthorized participants, and additional players without confirmed slots will not be accommodated. Please respect the reservation system and the slots of other players.

4. Waitlist Reminder
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. If your reservation is still on the waitlist when the meet starts, please do not come to play unless the organizers have confirmed your slot. We want to make sure everyone on the courts has a secured reservation.

5. Reservation Transfers & Substitutions
To keep things fair for everyone, reservations are non-transferable and cannot be substituted by another player. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation through Reclub so the slot can be made available to waitlisted players. This helps ensure everyone gets a fair chance to secure a spot.

By reserving a slot, you acknowledge and agree to follow these guidelines. These policies apply to everyone to ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all players.
