• The Volley: Build reflexes to hit cleanly out of the air.
• The Drive: Hit deep groundstrokes with controlled power.

Session Timeline:
• Hour 1: Slowed-down, high-repetition drills with real-time feedback.
• Hour 2: Fun, low-pressure guided match play and beginner strategy.

What to Bring:
• Athletic shoes, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.
• Your own paddle (or borrow one of our loaner paddles).
