🎾 ABOUT THE SESSION

Pairs will be assigned and rotated for different matches throughout the 3-hour doubles session.

Players can expect to play approximately 4 games during the 3-hour session, depending on how long each round lasts and the overall match flow. We do our best to maximize court time while keeping rotations fair and enjoyable for everyone.

This session is all about fun, enjoyment, and social play.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY

⏰ 24-hour cancellation freeze applies before the session.

💳 Player-Initiated Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation freeze.

If you need to cancel before the 24-hour cancellation freeze, you may:

* 👯‍♂️ Transfer your slot to another player, or
* 🎟️ Keep your payment as credit for a future session.

🌧️ Rain / Weather Cancellation
If the session is cancelled due to rain, unsafe weather conditions, or other uncontrollable events, players may choose either:

* 💰 Request a refund, or
* 🎟️ Keep the payment as credit for an upcoming session they would like to join.

The club will communicate any weather-related cancellation as early as possible.

🌧️ BAD WEATHER & VENUE POLICY

To ensure fairness and safety for all members, the following applies during inclement weather and venue-related restrictions:

🚫 Authority to Cancel

Sessions may be cancelled due to:

* Unsafe weather conditions 🌧️⚡
* Venue restrictions

⏰ Before Session Start

If a session is cancelled due to weather or venue restrictions, players may choose to:

* 💰 Request a refund, or
* 🎟️ Keep their payment as credit for an upcoming session they would like to join.

🎾 During the Session

If play is stopped due to weather or venue restrictions:

* Less than 30 minutes played → 50% session credit 💳
* More than 30 minutes played → Session is considered consumed ✅

📢 Transparency

* The club will communicate updates as early as possible.
* Venue-imposed cancellations are beyond the club’s control, but will be handled fairly.

🛑 Safety First

Play will not continue under unsafe conditions, including lightning or slippery courts.

⚠️ ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

By joining the session, players acknowledge that participation in tennis and related activities carries inherent risks of injury, accidents, or unforeseen incidents.

Players voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. In the event of self-accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or other untoward incidents occurring before, during, or after the session, the club organizers, hosts, and venue/hotel management shall not be held liable or responsible.

Players are encouraged to participate responsibly and according to their own physical condition and limitations.

💸 PAYMENT DETAILS

Please complete your payment via GCash through the “Payment” tab located at the top of the screen under your selected event.

After payment, upload or send your proof of payment to any of the hosts for confirmation. Your slot is secured once your payment has been confirmed.
