We’re excited to launch a new training session for Under 14 girls and boys, starting this week at Octopus.
Volleyball is one of the fastest-growing sports in Ireland and a fantastic way for young players to develop skills, confidence, and friendships in a fun team environment.

Session schedule 18:30 – Warm-up
18:40 – Technical drills
19: 00– Water break
19:05 – 19:45– Game play
