To maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable Open Play for everyone, please observe the following guidelines:

🛡️ SAFETY & EMERGENCY

✅ First Aid Kit Available – A first aid kit will be available throughout the session for minor injuries and emergencies.

✅ Play Within Your Limits – Warm up properly and play according to your ability. If you feel dizzy, unwell, or injured, please stop playing and inform the organizers.

✅ Stay Hydrated – Bring your own water and take regular breaks, especially during extended play.

✅ Keep the Court Clear – Bags, paddles, bottles, and other personal belongings should be kept away from playing areas to prevent accidents.

🚨 In Case of Injury or Emergency – Stop play immediately and notify the organizers. Please give way to anyone requiring assistance.

🏓 COURT ETIQUETTE

🤝 Respect All Players – Be welcoming and courteous, regardless of skill level.

🔄 Respect the Rotation System – Follow the designated Open Play rotation to ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity to play.

⏱️ Be Ready When Called – Please stay alert and be ready when it is your turn to enter the court.

🎾 Retrieve Balls Safely – Wait for the appropriate moment before entering another court to retrieve a ball. Never cross behind an active rally.

🚫 No Disruptive Behavior – Excessive shouting, aggressive behavior, or actions that may distract or endanger other players are not permitted.

💚 SPORTSMANSHIP

✨ Play Fair. Call your own lines honestly and give the benefit of the doubt when necessary.

🙌 Encourage, Don't Discourage. Open Play is about having fun, improving, and meeting fellow players.

🤝 Respect Your Opponents and Partners. Win or lose, keep the game positive.
