❗️ OPEN PLAY POLICIES ❗️

🔄 1. QUEUEING SYSTEM

🕖 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Winners vs. Winners
• Losers vs. Losers

🕙 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Set plays are allowed, subject to court availability and the organizers’ discretion.

Please follow the queueing system to keep games moving and ensure everyone gets their turn.

🚫 2. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We respect everyone’s time and reserved slots, so please cancel responsibly.

• If you can no longer attend, please cancel at least 4 hours before the session.
• No refunds for confirmed paid players.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary restrictions from joining future Open Play sessions.

⏰ 3. BE ON TIME

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session for warm-ups, check-in, and player organization. Let’s get everyone ready to play on time!

🔄 4. FAIR COURT ROTATION

Once your game is finished, please rotate off the court promptly to give waiting players their turn. Keep the games flowing and the fun going!

🤝 5. MIX, MATCH & PLAY

This is an all-level Open Play, so be open to playing with different partners and opponents. Stronger players are encouraged to help create competitive yet enjoyable games for everyone. We’re here to challenge ourselves, learn from one another, and have fun together!

🩵 6. RESPECT EVERYONE

Good games start with good sportsmanship. No racket throwing, trash-talking, intentionally targeting beginners, or disrespectful behavior. Compete hard, encourage others, and keep the court a welcoming space for all.
