• Refund cutoff: 24 hours before Open Play
• Slots are transferrable but non-refundable and must be used on the same day of play.

✅ Skill requirement: Basic knowledge of rules, scoring, and safety is encouraged.

Don’t worry! 💕 We offer basic coaching for first-timers to help you learn the game and enjoy your first experience with confidence. Just let us know upon registration!
