Attention players. I change the meet from Novice-Low Interm to open to Beginner kay when I booked the court wala pa ko naka visit. However we played there today and dli kaayo sya Novice/Interm OP friendly. More of players nga gusto and naga start pa ug learn ug PB. ☺️

OPEN PLAY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby voluntarily agree to participate in the activities of Dula Ta Pickle Club Open Play.
I understand that pickleball and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, or accidents that may occur during participation.
In consideration of being allowed to join and participate, I hereby:
1. Acknowledge Risks
I am aware of the physical demands of pickleball and confirm that I am physically fit to participate.
2. Assume Responsibility
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including injury, loss, or damage.
3. Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge Dula Ta Pickle Club, its organizers, officers, members, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation.
4. Medical Responsibility
I agree that I am responsible for my own medical expenses in case of injury and will not hold the club liable.
5. Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions set by the organizers to ensure safety and fair play.
6. Photography and Media Consent
I allow the club to take photos/videos during the activity and use them for promotional purposes.
I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms stated above.

By confirming my attendance, registering, or participating in any session, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated in this waiver. No physical or electronic signature is required.
