📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable but transferable. Should you need to cancel, you may arrange a replacement from the WAITLIST, or join our next open play session. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

🔄 Open Play Format:
- PickleQ app will be used to rotate partners and opponents for each game based on skill level
- First server determined by Rock, Paper, Scissors
- Winner serves straight to 0-0-2
- Race to 11 points only (no win-by-2)
- Warm-ups limited to 1 minute maximum
