Please note that your SLOT Confirmation will be in the order we received your GCash payment. Thus, it is important for you to UPLOAD the screenshot of GCash receipt, then notify us immediately in the Group Chat room of each particular ACTIVITY you booked, once GCASH payment was made to confirm your slot.

Payments received after the cutoff time for any particular MEET will still be attended to expeditiously with due course and speedy support.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

ALL Participants in TPP Pickleball activities, Open Plays, Court Rentals, Training or Clinic, Tournaments, and other related activities organized by THE PICKLE PROJECT, are purely voluntary and hereby agree and accept the ff:

1. Acknowledged the risks that exist when playing within the rules and regulations of the Pickleball Sports. Participants are responsible for their own HEALTH, medical condition, actions and decisions during the Activity.

2. All Participants hereby waive, release, and forever discharge THE PICKLE PROJECT, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, coaches, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for negligence, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the activities or games.

3. Players agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Pickleball Sports Activities, including but not limited to the rules of the sport, the rules of the event, and any other rules or regulations established by the Club.
