• Only payments with uploaded/verified receipts will be accepted and prioritized.

• For GCASH, upload your receipt in the Payment tab or send a screenshot in the chat.

• Cash on Site is subject to Admin approval and does not guarantee a slot until approved.

• Payments made after slots are full will be refunded.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your slot has been confirmed, we count on your attendance to help cover our reserved court fees.

For this reason, cancellations made on the day of the event or within 24 hours before the start of play will no longer be eligible for a refund.

All payments are final. Refunds are only allowed 12 hours before the scheduled game.
NO CREDITS allowed.

Slots may be sold or transferred to another player, but not to a different Open play date and time.

Please only reserve a slot if you are sure you can attend. This helps us manage the courts properly and gives others a fair chance to join.
