⚠️ BACK-OUT RULE :

❌ No refunds 24 hours before meet
☑️ Slots can be assumed subject to HOSTS’ APPROVAL.
• Unapproved slot transfers will not be acknowledged.
• Unapproved replacement players during check-in are not allowed to play.

☑️ Replacement players should be endorsed by authorized persons only:
- Original slot owner
- Person who paid for the slot.


Kindly coordinate with the hosts atleast 5hrs BEFORE the meet to avoid multiple slot replacements.
